Asian Seafoods Coldstorage Public Company Limited was establishedin 1964 when the company founders operated a small seafood supplierbusiness for restaurant and coldstorages in Bangkok. The company becamean exporter and a packer of frozen seafood to Japan and other countries in Asia in 1982 and has been a public company and listed company in the StockExchange Of Thailand with the company symbol "ASIAN" since 1994. ASIAN has a registered capital of Baht 200 million and paid up capital of Baht 100million. The total sales of 2001 was Baht 4,378 million and its present totalassets is Baht 1,700 million.

      ASIAN presently operates three factories processing many products of Frozen Kisu Hiraki (Sillago Fish Fillet), Frozen Raw and Cooked Cultivated Black Tiger and Sea Shrimp, Cuttlefish, Soft Cuttlefish, Squid, Octopus and Baby Clam Meat. The products are exported to worldwide including Japan, USA, Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea.
